Sizzler

Ingredients :-

1pic. Chicken breast
2tbs. Ginger garlic paste
2tbs. Worcester sauce
70g.  Noodle
Half Bolded veg (carrots,beans, cauliflower )
2 tbs butter
2 cloves garlic chopped
Salt & white pepper to taste

Sauce:-
2 clove Garlic
2 tbs All purpose flour
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp white paper
2 medium mushroom
2tbs butter
Chicken cube salt
& peper to taste

Method
Take a bowel put the g+g paste & add Worcester sauce, salt & paper mixed properly then marinate chicken. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Sauces:-
Heat the saucepan melt butter and add garlic chopped n fry flour till golden brown add chicken stock mushrooms slice,salt and paper. Boiled till sauces get thick.
Leave a side.
Grill chicken:-
Grill chicken breast with butter.
When it cooked both side perfectly put in the sauce boiled it again.
we need hot plate.
cove the hot plate with cabbage a side on the plate put that veg n noodle.andthen chicken.after that put butter cube on hot plate smoke come from there.

Note :- it's very hot n come fire from hot plate be careful.
